The proposed Meadowbrook Retirement Community is located approximately three (3) miles northwest of Ingram, Texas along Junction Highway 27 in Northern Kerr County at 114 Hoot Owl Hollow. The development will consist of 102 lots in Phase 1 on an existing 88.13-acre undeveloped pasture/range property. The engineering for this project included a drainage plan, grading plan, roadway and paving plans, and water system plans. The water system facilities for the development include one new water well, metered hypochlorination, two ground storage tanks, two booster pumps, one hydropneumatic pressure tank, and water distribution lines.
